THE PRICE YOU PAY:
All prices featured are per person per night bed and breakfast, based on two people sharing a standard twin/double room and are subject to availability. When a meal is included in the price, the hotel will inform you at check-in of the restaurant in which this is to be taken and, if appropriate, the allowance available should you wish to dine a la carte and pay the relevant supplement.

All prices shown are applicable at the time of booking, are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to change without prior notification. Please note the rates featured are 'FROM' rates and will vary due to seasonality and peak times of year.

The full price for each break, with the addition of all extras incurred during your stay, is to be settled in full before departure by cash, cheque with current banker's card, Maestro, HCB, MasterCard, Access, Visa, Diners or American Express.

Supplements apply for upgraded accommodation and single room occupancy.

A child is classed age 0-14 years inclusive, age 15 years and above are charged the full price. When a child is sharing an adult's room charges apply for cots and extra bed's to be provided in the room (Excludes De Vere Venues). Charges for cot's and extra beds will be clearly explained at reservation stage.

Bookings are taken at the discretion of the individual hotel and subject to availability.

A full non refundable, non transferable payment is required for promotional rates at the time of booking to confirm reservation (Excludes De Vere Venues). These rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Normal Leisure Breaks Brochure terms and conditions apply. We monitor business calls for quality control and training purposes.

VAT is included at the current prevailing rate unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be restricted or may not apply at some of the hotels at certain times.

YOUR BOOKING:
If making a reservation in a De Vere Hotel or Village Hotel & Leisure Club, the contract for your stay is with De Vere Hotels & Leisure Limited, registered in England No. 418878.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS:
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil your requests, unfortunately, we can not guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract.

CANCELLATIONS / AMENDMENTS BY US:
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. If this does arise you can 1) accept the changed arrangements as notified, 2) make an alternative arrangement with us or, 3) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid.

YOUR MONEY IS SAFE:
In the unlikely event of insolvency, any pre-payments made by you or packages sold within the meaning of Travel Holidays and Package Tours regulations 1992 are secured by a trust of which Messrs Hammond Suddards Trustees Limited are independent Trustees, c/o Wrigleys Solicitors, 19 Cookridge Street, Leeds LS2 3AG.

LEISURE CLUB FACILITIES:
For full details of extra facilities offered, the charges and availability of these please contact the hotel direct. De Vere Hotels – Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when in the Leisure Club. The following minimum ages apply in the Leisure Club: Gym 16 years, Spa Pool 8 years and Snooker 16 years. It is also recommended that saunas and steam rooms are not suitable for children under the age of 14. Children's times may vary please check on booking.

CAR PARKS:
Most hotels have their own car parks, free of charge. However, cars are left at the owner's/customer's own risk, this also applies when staying on a Before You Fly package. The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage. At The Grand, Brighton, University Arms, Cambridge and Royal Bath a daily car parking charge is applicable and spaces can be limited – please check when booking.

PET POLICY:
At some De Vere Hotels we will accept small dogs, please check at the time of booking. (Excludes De Vere Venues - with the exception of assistance dogs).

Prices quoted are in pounds sterling. Payment can be made in Euros at any hotel.

COTS/EXTRA BEDS:
Cots and extra beds are available in most of our hotels, however these are limited and are subject to availability. Please check at the time of booking. A small charge is made for cots and extra beds (Excludes De Vere Venues).
